I received an empty plastic package with zero sleeves inside. just the packaging. bizarre. refund making me “return” item. it’s empty! now what?

I would guess manufacturer's error and nothing more

Do these fit yugioh cards?

No they do not. They only fit standard size cards, not Japanese sized

Would these fit in a top loader?

I use these for my mtg cards and then place them in Dragon Shield sleeves. They also fit, double sleeved, into a quad folio side or top loaded. They also fit great into a hard plastic top loader sleeve.

シワなく入れるのが難しい

個人的にはインナースリーブの最適解です。ただ、返しのスリーブを入れる時にグイッと押し込むのですが、力加減が難しくて強すぎるとシワが残ります。優しくゆっくり入れてあげれば大丈夫なときもある。インナーの裏側だからどうせ見えないので良いんですが。コツとかなく誰が使っても…というのであれば星5で間違いないです。
