Great Tv. The price is in line with competitors. Me and girlfriend bought this tv in december and so far we had zero issues. Tv set up was easy and intuitive, Tv colours are good and the sound is good as well. Very occasionally it might be a little slow in switching between apps. We are very satisfied with this and recommend it

Very nice tv but i do find some of samsungs settings to be a pain in the bum, like the brightness can be quite dark until you adjust it but it only goes up to 50 and there is also another setting in general and privacy where you can also turn off power and energy saving settings which did seem to help alot with the brightness, the sound is OK but i use a soundbar and would recommend using a soundbar if buying, I got the 75" and I really love it for gaming the picture is stunning on my xbox series x so would definitely recommend for that, also good apps and has samsungs own samsung tv plys app which is quite good as well, it does not come with solar remote which i was quite annoyed about as the advert makes it seem like it does come with that and samsungs own standard remote is really really annoying, there is a lag between pressing the button and the tv responding or sometimes it will just have a mind of it own which drives me up the wall, but i absolutely love the fact that there is more than 1 setting for the feet, you can have it set wide medium or close which in my opinion all tvs should do instead of 1 place for feet or stand and thats it. Overall it is a good tv for the price but obviously not the best and definitely has some flaws.

Actually AMAZING for the price. Easy to set up, excellent picture and sound quality. Shocked how good it is. Also top perk is you can connect it to your Samsung phone if you have one, and use that as a remote! Would recommend.

TV is rubbish. I was looking for a mid-range 55" UHD tv, and thought i can go wrong with Samsung! Afterall my research suggested they were ok. As such i ordered the 55" Samsung Crystal UHD. I also ordered the home installation (£120) as i have a heart condition, meaning i can,t lift heavy items high. The install went great. Very friendly. Over the next day or so i finished the setup. To my dissapointment i tried eveything to get the blutooth working so that i could add headphones and a soundbar. I spoke with Amazon Technical several times, they were useless. Replicating everything i had already tried. I spoke to Samsung Techical who confirmed i had a faulty TV but would not do anything to help because it was sold by Amazon?? During my research i disvovered on various forums that this was a very common fault. They even have U-Tube videos dedicated to fixing this. Eventually i contacted Amazon AGAIN asking what could be done as i did not want a replacement considering the TV,S reputation. I explained i would like to purchase a different TV and Amazon agreed. However, they did not offer a refund on the installation, and more importantly i would have to take the old one down myself as Amazon DON'T offer that service. They were not interested! With some neighbourly help i got the TV on the floor. I arranged a UPS collection via Amazon but AMAZINGLY the courier (a very helpful chap) explained that as it was not boxed (the Amazon install team had taken the bix in their clean-up) it could not be taken. Also IMPORTANTLY UPS do NOT take 55" TV's (and above) because they do not fit on the warehouse belts. I CAN'T USE THE LANGUAGE I WANT TO, BUT AMAZON THANKS FOR ALL THE STRESS & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worth for the value, good sound and quality picture.

Very clear crystal picture really pleased with this purchase, easy to set up via your smart phone, Brilliant Smart tv with lot's of channels I recommend it

The only issue was the delivery time, which didn’t match what was agreed. However, the product itself is excellent—very big, very thin, and even at 15% volume it sounds like a full soundbar. I’m really happy with it. I would just recommend switching the distributor from GLS to DHL or PostNL, as they offer more reliable delivery times.
