Does Amazon ship "smooth" or "classic ?"

They ship “classic” which according to the side of the box is “bright and smooth”, but indicates a medium roast. I bought the classic in the 72cup qty. that is actually 3 boxes of the same stuff you get in the 24cup smooth selection. I know this because I decided to try smooth and just got the box; same box as before. But it’s fine, I like it anyway. But if I knew it was the same I would have ordered the 72cup pack.

Why does it say "smooth light roast" and i received "classic medium roast"?

Thanks for your question. The formula of the coffee has not changed, however the roast designation was modified to better match the flavor of the roast. Krispy Kreme Classic is the same blend as the Smooth Roast you know and love. Hope this helps!

I have a Keurig Elite with four, six, eight, ten and twelve ounce settings. Which setting would you recommend so that the coffee is not weak, but not too strong either?

I always brew 12 and sometimes brew another 4oz cup from same pod and it is always plenty strong without being too strong.......so I would suggest 12

Best coffee ever!!

It is the best coffee I have ever tried, the flavor is relaxing and it smells delicious. I would definitely buy it again—it is strong, which is the most important thing, and the flavor is excellent. I definitely recommend it.

I like the taste but my heart doesn’t lol

I personally like the taste of this coffee. But it’s been giving me palpitations- not sure if it’s just more caffeinated or what/ I make just a 12 oz cup when I make these and since I’ve stopped drinking this, my palpitations have decreased. Would happen atleast 1x day

Mine was beat up in shipping

I like this coffee but it now ships in just a paper bag. My last order was damaged, two k cups ruptured. Hopefully it's a one time thing, if not, I may have to buy from WalMart.
