Pack of 3 Review: Works for me - I start this review with go to a urologist before using and tell them frequency, urgency, and if you have pain. I have Interstitial Cystitis which is a urological issue with the bladder lining. I suffered for two years after the birth of my 2nd child. I had to go to the bathroom every 5-10 minutes, 24 hours a day and had pain. Basically I had all the symptoms of an UTI. After 7 months I was sleep deprived and depressed. I was put on depression medication but the reason was not addressed and I had a wonderful family doctor. For 2 years, doctors after doctor, tests and even surgery for endometriosis and I got no relief. Doctors asked if I went to the restroom a lot which I said yes but that I had delivered two children 3 years apart. Once I told the doctors that they did not pursue the issue. I was told that you naturally go to the bathroom more after children. Finally my family doctor sent me to a new on-gyn. That wonderful man asked the bathroom question but wanted details like how often, if I felt urgency, and if I had pain. When I gave him the information he sent me upstairs to a urologist who treated people with IC. So this product helps me but please get checked if you have a peeing issue! Add details that is females donโt reveal unless asked. This disease affects men also but is a primarily a female issue! Oxytrol can be helpful with people with IC like me. So while some people may not get relief with Oxytrol it is good for some medical issues that are incurable. It is treatable but not curable. I could not get by without it! Review: They Work for Me! - A woman of a 'certain age' I am a bit prone to urgent bladder. It's o.k. when I'm home but a bit nervewracking when traveling or out in public. I've been using these patches for travel for a number of years and they do work. One patch placed on the lower abdomen lasts four days. They are not prone to coming off during a shower or swimming. They're indetectable under clothing. And they do help that urgency situation.

Pretty Effective
These were recommended to me by my physician. At first I thought they were awesome but after about a month they didnโt seem as effective as they were at first. Iโll keep using them and see how it goes.

Great impact with OTC med
Suggested by urologist to manage overactive bladder. Really helpful and allows me to avoid taking a higher prescription only dose of the same. Combined with physical therapy I hope to avoid stronger meds.

How effective is Oxytrol...
I have used Oxytrol for a number of years with success. However, they changed the quality of the plastic used for applying the patch to the skin and this has resulted in poor to nil effectiveness. This new heavier plastic patch does not stay on, with in a day or two the adhesive is no longer holding the patch on. I have tried using additional tape around the edges, but it still lifts from the skin and no longer gives any relief from overactive bladder. I am applying it to clean dry skin with no oils or lotion on my skin, exactly as I have for years when it was a thinner plastic patch and was effective. I never had any issues with the old thinner patch falling off or not being ineffective. I should probably give it 0 stars but in the past before the change in quality of the plastic the patch had given some relief.

Work well.
Iโve recommended to a couple of my friends and they say it works too.

My life back
About 10 years ago, my bladder was nicked during surgery, and having spasms which were gradually getting worse. It got to the point I started buying incontinence pads. I bought everything over the counter I could think of, and nothing worked. I don't suffer from weak bladder, no leaking at random, but I just couldn't control the spasms. Finally I decided to try this product, and it's a miracle. The spasms stopped and no more constant urgency.

Warning about long term use.
These patches worked well for a number of years. Eventually it became very difficult for me to urinatre, despite having a full bladder! I stopped using the patches and still have difficulty urinating when I want to, like before bedtime, or before leaving home. Now I have to wait a long time to get a flow. From "incontinent" to "incompetent". - F
