VIVOHOME 2.0HP 6500 GPH 115V Pool Pump for In/Above Ground Pools

This pump makes an excellent replacement for our previous undersized pump. It runs our suction powered pool vac, Wanda the whale. Our previous pump did not have enough suction to run that pool vacuum. We have a 10,000 gallon above ground pool with a side skimmer and had to adjust the water level a little higher due to the increased flow rate of the new pump.

My pump was delivered today and only took about 30 minutes to install. I have to say it pumps like a monster. Way better that my orginal one. It fit exactly in the old pump slot. The big plus with this pump is the cutoff switch on the pump and it's 2 speed. You can't go wrong with this pump. I started it up and did my first shock treatment and I could see the debris in the water pooling to the center(22 ft pool) in just a few mins. Got my pool robot 🤖 charged and ready for a good cleaning in the morning 🌄. Comes with o rings and hose connections adapters. A great value for the money.

Bought this on Mar 26th 2023, it started leaking in Oct 2023. I called Vivohome and they said they would contact Amazon and I would be getting an email from Amazon with return instructions within 48 hours. That was on Jan 25th 2024. Today is Feb 5th and I have received no email. I called Amazon and they informed me that they wouldn't email me that kind of information since their return window was over. It would only be the manufacturers warranty. Which makes total sense. I tried calling Vivohome again but got a voicemail that said they were closed. Ill keep trying. *****Update***** Today is Feb 26th, and I am still getting the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are currently trying push my issues onto Amazon which is def not the case. Called VIVOHOME at 11:06am and the message said they were closed and I should try between the hours of 7am-5pm PST. Im in EST so they should have been open according to their hours. This is a nightmare and I know Im probably out the money and a pump, which is really disheartening. ****Final Update*** Feb 22nd I received an email once again stating I needed to contact Amazon which is not the case because I already did contact Amazon. So I called VIVOHOME again on Feb 27th 2024. It was then that I was informed by VIVOHOME that the product I bought from Amazon was considered used and VIVOHOME doesn't extend any warranty's on "used" items. The reason it is considered "used" by VIVOHOME is because the pump was sold on Amazons store front and not VIVOHOMES store front. So buyers beware!!!!! VIVOHOME is a horrible company to try to do business with and I will never again buy from them. Horrible customer service with nothing but the run around. I wish there was a zero star option.

Very quiet and powerful on the high setting. The low setting is nice to save power and keep the water moving. Almost an exact replacement of my Hayward pump. I had to make 2 new mounting holes in my plastic base but that was it.

LOUD - I mean really LOUD... The pump seems to function great. The programing of the remote is a bit clunky but with multiple tries we did get it to work in pre/programed mode. We are still getting to know the panel and how to switch to manual control. The convenience of being able to control the pump from the deck or inside the house is a bonus. The price for this unit was attractive until we started it up. Then the cost savings becomes very apparent - LOUD-NOISY. Time will tell on this pump. We did get the 4-year warranty figuring that would make up for the potential quality issues associated with a loud motor/pump running all summer. It comes with a bunch of connectors for your plumbing but some of the rubber ring adapters do not have the proper recessed grove mating fittings so they are essential useless. Electrical was straight forward. Our maintained staff were impressed with everything but the NOISE...

Needed a new pump for our above ground pool, checked Amazon and ordered this one, works perfectly! We are very satisfied!

We replaced our old pool pump after many years because the water circulation wasn't as good as it used to be. We found this one at a much better price than what we were seeing at our local pool store, so honestly we weren't expecting it to perform as well as it does. We were very pleasantly surprised. The difference in circulation in our 24-foot pool is huge — my husband even joked that it's hard to swim against the current now! Installation was easy, it's surprisingly quiet, and it looks very similar to our previous pump while performing much better. For the price, we're extremely happy with this purchase.

Pump works great but a huge fail on the remote to operate. to turn the pump on you have to hit a random amount of buttons in a specific combination, if you want to control pump to switch from high to low there is another random buttons you have to hit to get into that mode after a ten min wait. If you want to turn off gotta wait for remote to turn off then turn back on and hit another combo of buttons. Don’t purchase with remote unless you plan on taking a training course on how to operate.

I picked up this VivoHome pump to replace the older single speed unit on my backyard pool and so far it is doing exactly what I need it to do. The dual speed function is fantastic because I can run it on low speed for regular daily circulation to save on electricity and it is surprisingly quiet in that mode. When it is time to vacuum or run the pool heater I just switch it to the high speed and it moves a serious amount of water. The best feature by far is the wireless remote since I can change speeds or set the timer from inside the house without having to walk all the way out to the equipment pad. The installation was straightforward since the threaded ports matched up perfectly with my existing plumbing but just be aware that it comes bare wire so you will need to wire it yourself or add the correct plug for your setup. It is definitely built with more value-driven plastics than the premium brands and I noticed the lid on the strainer basket can be a tiny bit fiddly to seat perfectly, but it seals up fine once you get the hang of it. Overall it is a competent and energy saving pump that offers great features for the price.

so far so good! I have 18 foot pool and was surprised by the power this little pump has. I would of like two speeds on it. But for the price it is worth it. would buy again

It is leaking as soon as we installed it . It doesnt work great and unfortunately, it messed up our pool party ! Do not buy it .
