I am a mover in my sleep and was not comfortable getting a pillow that was for snoring relief so I tried these. I was very surprised at how comfortable they were I didn’t even feel it and it was very easy to put in. I could breathe so much better, better than those breath right strips I’ve used before. I slept as well as normal (3 kids and one is 15 months) but my husband said he wasn’t woken/kept up by my snoring. I gave them 4 stars because despite me getting the small size it was still a little too big but it’s doable. So over all I think I’m going to love this item, I can sleep better now that I can breathe better, it stayed in all night.
