Considering the quality and abundance of features, it's an absolute bargain.
I would describe it as a "great-quality, highly functional throwback with a modern twist." It's an affordable, compact portable radio that does exactly what it promises—even if you have to discover some of its features on your own. Incredible versatility for the price, surprisingly robust sound for its size, and a physical design that feels very solidly-built. It's a classic, rugged little radio that happens to have some really cool digital functions. Visually and physically, it strikes a great balance. Having dedicated tactile buttons is a big win for anyone who hates navigating modern, complex touchscreens. It looks like a classic portable radio, fits perfectly on a kitchen counter or a garage workbench, and isn’t heavy. For a small, single-speaker unit, its sound punches above its weight class. It gets plenty loud without turning into a distorted mess of static. This is where the undocumented EQ function saves the day (you have to spend some time "playing" with the MP3/BT/EQ button to find this). Being able to switch over to the rOC or JAZ preset gives the music a warmer, punchier depth that counteracts the naturally tinny sound of a small plastic speaker. Calling it just a "radio" sells it short; it’s really a miniature boombox. The inclusion of Bluetooth, a USB port, and a microSD card slot means you aren't just stuck with whatever is playing on local airwaves. You can carry a massive library of your favorite music anywhere.

One of the Best SD card Music Playing radios on the market!
To start off the unit is compact, smaller than a Smartphone, just a little chubbier. The stand is a nice touch, because you don’t have to deal with the sound just going straight up, you can actually point it toward you, which is pretty unique to Pocket Radios. The stand detaches which is nice, because I had one before this, that had the stand attached and it broke when it fell, Don’t have to worry about that with this. Also the wrist strap has a good feel to it, it’s not Junky and is actually a nice thick quality, It’s by far the thickest wrist strap I’ve seen on a radio, which I like, because it’s supposed to be sturdy and makes it feel more secure. The buttons have a good tactile feel like a T.V remote and the screen is nice, whether you're in pitch black or daylight, you can see it by the light in darkness and The sun glare will not affect you being able to see the screen in the daylight, which is very nice. Also the charging cord is nice and thick as well. The antenna is stored really nicely, It’s tucked away in the back ready and waiting for Fm/Am listening. The radio picks up all the usual suspects, Any station you can get where you live, you will get with this radio. It’s a good radio, The USB slot works great. It will even play files on an exFAT USB, which I can’t get to work on much more than a computer, But it works in this thing. The headphone jack works well, and the audio doesn’t lose any quality once you use earbuds. The Bluetooth’s Great, it connected to an older computer and played Audio with no issue. The equalizer even works in BT mode, which is a rare feature to find on a BT speaker. Now to the best part, The SD/TF card mode, It sounds awesome. The sound is crystal clear, not massive bass but enough to give a full, clear sound. The most unique thing about this radio is that it will skip 10 songs at a time (when you hit the Channel Buttons in SD mode). Which I found to be very helpful, when maneuvering a massive Library of songs on an SD card. I’ve never had a radio capable of this before, and I found it really fun and unique to this radio. All in all, It’s really easy to use and it’s a fun little radio, I had it going within a couple seconds of opening, which is always nice to be able to do. The bottom line is, If you want a Great radio for listening to Downloaded files, while having a classic FM Radio, this is it right here!
