27 years old and this is the first time in my life anything has helped with IBS symptoms. I used to go from diarrhea to constipation and I had diabolical cramps and pain. I’ve been taking this for 2 weeks and I’ve had normal poops for 8 days straight. It’s literally a miracle. Turns your waste green but no big deal. No smell when you burp but I only take it after a meal, never on an empty stomach. and no nasty taste either. I haven’t noticed any change in body odor or acne. But they say consistency is key, so that might change with time. Overall, I highly recommend if you’re an upset tummy kinda guy or gal.

Well bought for other reasons but works best for my bowel issues. More comfortable and with no straining or pain. Great price, did not chew so no flavor and gels are small and easy to swallow. The poop turning green was a surprise but whatever helps I’m all for it.

I will say I love them. I stayed constipated all the time. I have to take something in order to have a bowel movement. But, I can truly say since I have been on these. I haven’t had to use anything to have one. Yes it is green but the pill is green(so there’s that). I still only go about once or twice a week but that’s a blessing because it’s usually 2 maybe 3 times a month 😳. My stool is still hard but no where near as hard as it use to be. I will reorder soon.

So originally I bought this because I read reviews that claimed that this took away BO. I use natural deodorant already and sometimes after sweating, I will get a slight smell. Well this does help a little with that, but the reason why I love it so much is for the digestive side. If I skip days taking this, I easily remember why it is so important. This helps so much with constipation. This is my actual life saver.
