So, I created my own blend - I mixed 1 cup of Stevia, 1/2 cup of erythritol and 1 heaping teaspoon of sucralose in my "sugar dish" and *viola* I have the perfect sweetener for me. I add only 1 level teaspoon of this concoction to my 16 oz of coffee and it tastes like real sugared coffee. No aftertaste. Now I feel better using sucralose in such small amounts, and this combination means it will last me a while. Experiment on your own. Very satisfied. (It is my understanding from my research that none of these 3 sweeteners significantly impact blood glucose or insulin - but check it our for yourself.) This stuff is the best like this! I tried many other store brands and HEB was close but this is BETTER! Save your old store brand containers and you can pry the lids off, refill them with this and Bobs your Uncle! It seems to be shelf stable like this. Do you miss Sweet Tea? GET THIS STUFF! I can pick out all the fake sugars by taste but with this one the taste diff is negligible. Perfect for coffee, sweet tea or other things you would use sugar for but not cooking. Sucrolose and cooking heat don't work well together. Note: Sucrolose is NOT soluble in alcohol, only water.
