Never I was interested but I decided to try the dual pouches of the separate "pouches". the inner "pouch" isn't really a pouch at all, and the twins tend to move around too much. the outer pouch for Junior is open at the bottom (presumably to use as a fly) but the little man ends up sticking his head out often enough to cause chafing in my pants. they are fine for lounging around the house, Standing all day in the pharmacy and trying to readjust the outer pouches is so embarrassing to say the lest and even setting down the main idea of comfort is evaporated ,left with no chose stand up and master the art of adjusting the things it is only my opinion that the dual pouches at the very Good intensions is false advertising ,I have other English products which did not advertise it self as dual pouches Identical to the separate "Dual pouches products ,Material are excellent I give it 5 stars that is all
