Feels and looks like OEM
I am pleased to say that this met all my expectations and more. I was told that I would need to re-use my old temp sensor due to there being an extra hole. However this did come sealed and plugged and looked exactly like my OEM removed. Comes with Square o-ring at block mount, Temp sensor, T-stat (installed), and outlet for hose attach. Fast-N-easy install.

Worked Perfectly
Perfect fit for my 2004 Ford Expl, 4.0, V6. Came will all required parts, as advertised. Installation tip - attach the small hose that goes to the water pump to the radiator housing BEFORE you bolt it down to the engine block. There are two holes for temp sensors. You will need to use your old temp sensor to plug up one of the holes.
