I was at opening day of my new business and the food wouldn't warm, i lost about 9 hot dogs because they didnt get cold and we didnt notice by time we started selling "the dark ones in the back" total disappointment and a waste of time and money. No zero star option is whack.

I bought this for work. You can't use smaller sized dogs on it, they fall through the grates, the plump and some brats work, careful with the cooking spray, it can keep the dogs from rolling, I sprayed it on and lightly wipe it off and seems to work good, I am thinking about getting another one for home, I like the dual temp settings,
