The buttons would not always work and the display started to get weak to read. These phones have a nice 'announcing' feature that tells me who's calling without picking up the phone. Also has a 'block caller' button that I have not used...yet. Answering feature is good and easy to play-back from any phone or base unit. Bright message display.

The person who prepared this has no idea that the item is not intended for Australian customers due to the fact that the voltage is 120 volts and not 220 volts. Be mindful of it next time
