Q: is the 4 hours of battery operated time, time when it is off the base or is it 4 hours of total brushing time?

Hello - The toothbrush takes 4-4.5 hours to fully charge, which is done by setting it into the base of the unit. Once fully charged, you should get 14 days of use whether or not you store it on the base, assuming you brush 2 times a day for 2 minutes each time. Q: Does this toothbrush work for those that have space between their teeth?

The toothbrush vibrates quickly up and down like a manual toothbrush. As far as the water, it will shoot in between your teeth, space or not.

Q: Do i need keep it plug in ? Because i feel it hot even im not using ? I think it keep charger even full battery? Will it dead ?

I follow the advice of lithium ion battery manufacturers, i.e. don't leave them on charge all the time. The rule-of-thumb recommendation is: 1. Don't allow them to discharge to 90%. Following this advice my battery-powered laptops, phones and yard tools have functioned for many years without losing their efficacy.
