This is a great loveseat (and ottoman)! It's comfortable with a firm seat. The light grey color looks great and the fabric seems sturdy and soft. It's the perfect size for a big bedroom or small apartment. The storage compartments are roomy and easy to access. It was really easy to put together. I did it by myself in an hour. The instructions were clear. Most importantly for me, it seems like the seller has fixed some issues that older reviews called out. In particular, I had been worried about the packaging (it was excellent and I liked that the pieces were wrapped inside of the box), the bolt holes lining up or being incomplete (they were great) and the ottoman cushion sliding around (there's heavy Velcro on it now so it's not moving at all). The back cushions are still less filled than the seat cushions but I unzipped them and added an old throw pillow in each and now they are perfect. It was a free fix. The seller communication was great. They were really clear on the shipping and the fact that the item would arrive in 4 boxes with separate tracking numbers. They updated me on the arrival of each box without me asking. Overall I was hesitant to buy this based on some reviews but I'm really happy that I did. It's a great product and a great value.

This is the perfect addition to our small space! I was nervous to purchase seating on Amazon because you don’t know how comfortable (or not) it will be until you get it, and returns can be complicated if it doesn’t work out. We were looking for something that was the right size to provide extra seating in this corner of our small living room and this is perfect. It’s comfortable, sturdy, simple to put together, the cushion covers are machine-washable, and the extra storage space is the cherry on top. I also appreciate that it is modular, and when/if we eventually move and have more space we can just purchase more seats and this loveseat will have new life as a larger sofa! What really earned this 5-star rating was the customer service from the seller. When we received our original packages we noticed that the fabric on the ottoman was lighter and shinier than the loveseat, making it look like a mismatched set. I contacted the seller and they were so accommodating and ready to make it right. They ended up sending us a replacement ottoman that matches perfectly to the loveseat! (This is shown in the review photos; the one on the left was the original and the one on the right was the replacement.) Highly recommend this product and seller!

The instructions were clear, and I didn’t run into any major issues during assembly. Comfort-wise, it’s great for one person and works for two if you don’t mind sitting a bit close. The seat cushions are thick and comfortable, but the back cushions are definitely thinner than I expected. I’d suggest adding a couple of soft throw pillows if you want better back support. It feels sturdy overall and doesn’t wobble. The storage is probably my favorite feature — it holds a lot more than I thought it would. I live in a small apartment, so being able to store extra blankets and other items inside is really helpful. I also like that the ottoman is versatile. I switch between using it as a coffee table and as a footrest, depending on what I need. The color matched the photos, and the fabric feels soft. Overall, it’s a solid option for a smaller space, especially if storage is important to you.

The couch is nice and comfortable, the texture is nice as well as the storage. Perfect for storing old blankets. If you’re looking for a small couch to fill up a place I would definitely get this one again. Didn’t take too long to build, around two hours solo. Definitely a nice couch for a good price.

The seat cushions slide too easily. They need to add something to stop it. Other than that it's a good value and easy to assemble .

It is good craftsmanship, comfort and quality. Make sure you shake the cushions really good when they come out of the vacuum packing. Love the hidden storage and how sturdy it is. Definitely would buy again.
