Does anyone know if this is compatible with a logitech c920 hd pro webcam?

Heyas mate! Yes it is, I have the same webcam. ;)

Is this suitable for a Logitec 270 model?

As long as your camer has the bottom mounting bracket then you should be fine but it may require an additional mounting plate if not.

Hi, will this work on a Genius Widecam F100?

If it has the standard 1/4 inch screw hole, will work fine

What is the thread at the clamp end (not 1/4" camera end)? I need to attach to bigger clamp.

Same fitting. You can get adaptors though cheap enough. I bought a selection a few years back and have been in constant use for fitting things to things.
