After having both F tubes removed in 2022, I had so many issues. Docs would tell me that it wasn’t hormonal that i was fine when I clearly wasn’t. I was exhausted ALL the time no matter how much I slept, when I could sleep. Cycles were all over the place. I felt like I had lost myself. Now in 2026 I have decided to do something ab it. I bought these to try with hopes that I would start to feel better. I started a mostly anti inflammatory diet and I take 2 of these at night before bed. (Dose is 4 a day) A week and a half later I have noticed I am sleeping much better. I am not exhausted when I wake up or wanting to crash out at lunch time. I have more energy, my mood is better as well. I am usually ALWAYS bloated and uncomfortable, but I could tell after the first few days that that had gone significantly down. I also have noticed an increase in my drive which has been little to none. So overall, I’d recommend. I did have a headache from these the first night, but I regularly suffer from migraines so it’s didn’t faze me. No other issues after. Slight odor but I don’t have any issue with taking them or taste. Feeling great! Would recommend:)

This actually works. I did not have a regular menstrual cycle for over 2 years. I had one and then nothing for 3 months in 2024 and most of 2025. Going into this year 2026 I was starting to spot every other day. I knew something was wrong but I didn't know what. (I'm pretty sure I have PCOS but it is unconfirmed.) I started taking these after much research and within the first month of taking this, the spotting stopped completely and I got a normal period! It was much heavier than I am used to since I have very mild periods so fair warning but this really worked. I don't feel so bloated, I have much more energy and I am actually able to sleep at night now. I also must say I was not taking these on time every day as instructed but that also shows how good these really are! I am taking the capsule version not the gummies. I have not felt weird not taking it with food as some said they did but that is probably just that things affect others differently. I recommend this for sure! Plus I do think this is worth the value I paid. It solved my problem without a doctor visit. But that's also due to my research and deductions being right on the nose. I recommend consulting someone though as I'm sure I probably should have too but this solved my issue. I also recommend not taking this is you're going through menopause or post menopause because I saw a review that said she took it and she went to the hospital but it's not the products fault. Research is key. There are products for menopause and post and this product is for helping with menstruation and ovulation.

Was having irregular cycles dr said I had pics and I need to get on birth control no other option. NOPE. I did my research and looked into what I need and I found it here!! It has been 4 months of consistent cycles and acne clearing, mood is better. JUST OVERALL AMAZING! If I could leave more starts I would!
