Mic Magic in My Pocket, my favorite Microphone set....a must have for any content creator.
Alright, buckle up this is gonna be a long one. I’ve been using the Saramonic Air 2 Person Universal Wireless Mic System for about a month now, and it’s honestly one of those rare gadgets that makes me feel like I leveled up overnight. I do a mix of content interviews, travel vlogs, product demos, and some chaotic behind-the-scenes stuff and this kit has handled all of it like a total beast. Not just “good for the price,” but actually great.Let’s start with the build and form factor. The transmitters are super compact, about the size of a matchbox, and they don’t feel cheap. The matte finish is nice, doesn’t show fingerprints, and the magnetic mounting is a game-changer. I’ve stuck these to shirts, jackets, camera rigs, and even a metal pole once to record ambient sound. They stayed put. No tugging, no awkward clips, snap and go. The magnets are strong enough that I don’t worry about them falling off mid shoot. The charging case is slick, think AirPods but for mics. It’s got a digital battery readout, charges via USB-C, and fits everything snug. I’ve done three full-day shoots without recharging the case and still had juice left. Each transmitter provides about 8 hours of runtime, and the receiver lasts even longer. I haven’t hit zero yet, and I’m not exactly gentle with my gear. Now, audio quality. This thing punches way above its weight. The built-in mics on the transmitters are super clean, with warm mids, crisp highs, and no overcompression. I’ve used them in echoey hallways, windy parks, and noisy cafés, and the noise canceling actually works. It’s not magic, but it’s enough to keep the focus on your voice. The included lavaliers are great too; they are omnidirectional, with a flat response curve that’s easy to EQ in post. I did a side-by-side with my Rode Wireless GO II, and honestly, the Saramonic held up better with less hiss and more clarity. The receiver is where things get really interesting. It has both 3.5mm TRS and USB-C outputs, so I’ve used it with my mirrorless camera, my Android tablet, my iPad and iPhone, and even my MacBook for Zoom calls and podcasting. No adapters needed. Just plug and go. There’s also a headphone out jack for real-time monitoring, which saved me more than once.Latency is basically nonexistent. I tested it with a clapper and got a sub-20ms delay, which is totally fine for video. Range is solid too I walked about 60 feet away in open space and still got clean signal. Indoors with walls, it drops a bit, but I’ve never had a dropout during a shoot. It uses 2.4GHz transmission.Pairing is instant. Like, open the case and boom, connected. No menus, no pairing buttons, no drama. It remembers your last setup and reconnects automatically. I’ve had gear that costs twice as much and still makes me jump through hoops to get audio working. This works. One thing I really appreciate is the LED indicators. Each transmitter shows battery level, connection status, and mute state. The receiver has a transparent, clear OLED screen that displays input levels, battery level, and output mode. It’s intuitive and doesn’t require a manual to figure out.... Love it...Overall, this kit is a total win. It’s compact, reliable, and sounds excellent. If you’re doing interviews, YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, or want to upgrade your audio game without spending a fortune, this is it. I’ve used Rode, DJI, and Deity setups before, and the Saramonic Air system holds its own. Plus, it looks cool, which doesn’t hurt. It's a must-have for any content creator, trust me, you will not be disappointed.I’m probably gonna grab a second set just to have backups or run multi-cam setups. It’s that good. If you’re on the fence—just get it. You won’t regret it.

Very pleased with this product.
I’m extremely pleased with this product. The material quality is very good and the audio is excellent allowing adjustments to avoid clipping. The microphones are small, which I like as it keeps them somewhat concealed on clothing. The battery life is proving to be very long lasting.

Lightweight and Oh So Tiny, but with BIG High-Quality Sound – Recommended!
After seeing a few reviews online, I decided to get one for myself for my how-to lawncare videos. I’m glad I did it because I am very happy and impressed with the Air!The transmitter is so tiny and sounds so good, much better than some of the other systems I used. It sounds much more dynamic and full than any of those other systems and gives my videos much better audio and dynamic range. The lavaliers sound great, but I like to stick to the transmitter mic, and because it’s so sleek, it’s barely noticeable on camera. Either way, I’m glad I have them in case I need them. The noise canceling is fantastic and blocks out all the annoying noise from my lawn equipment when it is in the strong mode, and the weak mode keeps a little of the background noise in while still focusing on my voice. And what’s even better is I don’t sound any different than what I have the noise canceling off completely, that’s just how good it sounds.I’m happy that includes both the Lightning and USB-C adapters because I sometimes film with my older Lightning iPhone and other times film with my newer USB-C iPhone. And I can even plug it into my computer for voiceovers when editing. I have yet to use the camera mount, but as soon as I level up and get a proper camera, I’m sure I’m going to put it to use.Battery life is long and strong, and I can film all day without having to worry about running out of juice. I also like how the charging case has an LED that tells me how much power is left in the case. That feature is really useful when I can’t charge the case up after every use.One cool feature that I really like is the ability to turn recording on and off by double tapping the power button on the transmitters. It is great for me because I can frame myself in my shot and then I can start and stop recording without walking over to the phone and pressing record. This saves me a lot of time both when filming and editing, it’s a really cool and useful feature.Overall, I’m extremely happy with the system and I can’t wait to do more videos with it. Highly recommended.

OH MY GOODNESS THESE MICS ARE AWESOME!!!!
First the good:They rival my favorite mic pair the DJI's just fine, they are loud, easy to adjust and are of great quality. I got about three hours of recording out of my set. Realistic distance for wireless connectivity is really about 50 feet before my audio started cutting off. I love how it's versatile with how you have two options for use, with a DSLR camera and with a phone. Also, the case is very durable and of quality. Now the disappointing part:Due to the transmitters being very small, they do not use a traditional 2.5mm or 3.5mm jack for a lapel mic. They use a proprietary connector that you CANNOT buy an adapter for, and you CANNOT buy replacement lapel mics (I have looked). This means if anything happens to your lapel mic you are out of luck. Since I use lapel mics on the regular, purchasing the version with a proper jack connector would be ideal. Additionally, I don't like how the shell snaps closed with the fur stuck between the top and the bottom of the shell.-2 stars for the proprietary nature of the lapel mics and lack of an adapter connector or replacement mics.

Fantastic piece of tech
This thing is so great. Sounds good. All contained is a sleek package. Power lasts a long time and its tiny so you barely see it. Really a homerun from saramonic. Sole my rode stuff.
