great flavor and minerals but too moist for standard salt grinders
swapped over to this from regular sea salt for cooking and adding minerals to water. the taste is definitely better, it's much less harsh than normal table salt with a really rich, savory mineral flavor. the only reason i am knocking off a star is because of the moisture level. it comes naturally quite damp, so if you dump it straight into a standard adjustable salt grinder, it will choke up the mechanism after a few turns. you either need a ceramic grinder meant for wet salt, or you have to spread it out on a baking tray to dry off a bit first. bag reseals fine and 1lb lasts a good while. solid quality salt, just be aware of the moisture if you plan on grinding it.
