Review: Lack of function and utility. - This clock radio is not good. The alarm cannot be used in radio mode, it can only give sound alarm. It is big shortcoming. Moreover they donot return it, which can only be replaced with same product. It is not worth buying.

PROS: - The speaker has good volume and the sound quality is great for what it is. - The wireless charging pad works great for both my phone and air pods, charges at normal speed too. - Bluetooth connection is great. - Everything else works great as well. CONS: - Clock can be very bright if you don't turn down the brightness, so make sure you do and then it works great. - The handle sort of thing that is a light bar turns on when you touch it, it is very sensitive so sometimes I accidentally turn it on. It can be annoying since I then have to touch it 3 more times to turn it back off as it gets brighter lol. Overall a great purchase.

**Q: Can you adjust the brightness of the clock?**
A: Hello customer, in the normal clock display mode, press the [DOWN] button to adjust the brightness of the clock, or even turn off the clock display.

**Q: How do you get back to fm after using Bluetooth? I long-pressed the arrow/play button to unpair & then pressed am/fm but it does not go back to radio.**
A: Hello customer, just press the [FM] button to return to the radio mode.

**Q: Does this device work for S23 ultra phone?**
A: I have an iPhone, so I am not certain.  If the S23 is a recent model, then it probably should work.  Many phone mfg. ‘s follow the Qi wireless charging protocol which is what this clock radio uses.

I've had this for over a year and everything still works perfectly, I recommend. PROS: - The speaker has good volume and the sound quality is great for what it is. - The wireless charging pad works great for both my phone and air pods, charges at normal speed too. - Bluetooth connection is great. - Everything else works great as well.
