These are great because there is no absorbent pad, so it keeps him from getting lazy. But because he does have some leaky gut issues, they can be thrown away in the morning. And I think they would also work well for guys on vacation, and living life, to just use and toss. I used small/med in women's and the small/med in men's fits exactly the same.They are great for travel -- don't have to bring home any dirty underwear just toss them and get a new pair in the morning.
