These are great post work out. They are lightly carbonated and have the all good stuff, while leaving out the artificial dyes and other unnecessary ingredients. The citrus flavor is subtle and enjoyable! I feel more hydrated finishing one of these after my workout.

Honestly at a loss for words. Ordered a flat of cans (12 cans shrink wrapped) and this is what I got in the box instead. Missing 1/3rd of my order and most the cans dented. Order also arrived a day late to boot. Tried emailing the company and no reply either. Might wanna avoid Cadence until the get their act together. I’ve never had this happen with any brand ever before.

Makes me feel hydrated and refreshed. The taste is very good and not overwhelming like many other electrolyte drinks. Perfect for an every day hydration drink especially if you work out a lot!
