Motor bracket support bracket may interfere with speakers that have big magnets
The motor support bracket is about 1/4" higher than the OEM part. After market speakers with large woofer magnets will hit this motor support bracket. Two of the three speaker mounting holes will not line up correctly as a result. You can either drill new mounting holes in the speaker support plastic frame or revert to the OEM cheap speakers with smaller magnets. The OEM motor connector is attached to the motor. The connector on this replacement is on about 2" wire. If you don't zip tie and/or tape this wire to the motor assembly, it could get worn down or cut by hitting the window retraction mechanism as is comes down all the way. I used Locktite blue thread locker on all the window regulator screws because I'm not planning to open up this window assembly for a long time. Otherwise, the window regulator went in like a breeze. Make sure you test it several times before closing it up.

Just installed the regulator and motor. Went in no problems into the rear drivers door of my 2005 Chevy 2500hd crew cab. We'll see how long it last but for over half the price of any parts store around me i can't complain!
