I have had this for 6 months now and this bench absolutely holds up to about whatever you could put it through, Through bench is narrow enough to get full range of motion. The cables take an absurd amount of abuse, The bar is taking a good amount of abuse, this is the perfect bench for beginners. Most people will never surpass the weight this can hold and it will most likely take those that do at least a few years. Comes with everything you need to get started my only complaints are I would like a close grip pull option other than the ropes for the floor cable and one more plate storage spot on each side. My only other regret is I didn’t buy the option with more cables.

Great value for the money! Took a few hours to set up, but the instructions were very clear and the system is very secure. Has been a great addition to my workout regimen at home.
