Do the new anchors and straps work interchangeably with the old anchors and straps?

Hi there, yes, the new anchors work with the old straps and the old anchors with the new straps. Compatibility works both ways. Thanks Adam

Is the cuff easly adjustable? if so how is it done.?

You just pull jerk it with your wrist to tighten. You need your left hand to loosen it while attached to your right wrist.

How well does it deal with being in water?

A little water is not a problem… But I would not get in the habit of submersing it underwater...
