It’s designed to wrap tightly around the edges of your phone, but even a slim case prevents a secure hold. My iPhone 16 Pro with a minimalist case repeatedly slipped out. For a product at this price point, that’s a huge oversight. The media could not be loaded. This seems like a legitimate gymbal. Looks good, and the initial performance is good. However there are some reasons for one star off, so please read the details.On the pros, it was easy to startup, clamp my phone and go. It folds to a compact form, and does stabilize the movement of the camera. Does have the extendable selfie stick. The extra mics were a nice add, but I assume the quality will be low. It did hold my s21 ultra well, so looks like it will handle larger phones fine.On the downside is the build quality. Its very light plastic. It kinda feels like it's gonna break as you unfold it (it may after time). The nob is very wobbly and feels like it will come off at a moments notice.I have not tried the app, and may not as I find the app setups to be useless for my needs. I plan to have this as a backup to my main brand gimbal. It will serve that purpose well.
