Get them
I hesitated for a while after reading reviews for this product, some positive, some negative, and some saying they just don’t do anything. For fairness, I just received these today so I will have to update this review in time to let you know what longterm changes if any occur. So my first review is after trying them on for the first time, and doing a few exercises I found from a podiatrist to do while toes are in separators (basically, curl your toes down gently while wearing the Yoga Toes because your toes are aligned correctly, as opposed to curling your toes down with no separation). I’m a women’s size 8 wide after having 2 kids and I was a runner in my younger years, and evidently did not wear correct width in shoes. I don’t have anything severe going on with my feet but a recent exam and x-rays did note that my big toe is in the early stages of turning in at the joint which I guess means I’m in the early stages of getting, or have, a mild bunion. My pinky toe on each foot also curls in a little. I don’t have foot pain, but I can’t move my toes. I didn’t realize that some people can move each toe, and separate their toes just by simply doing it. Sometimes after a long time on my feet I get slight numbness near my little toe also. It actually feels tight and uncomfortable up into my ankle and possibly related, up into my shin to my knee. So, I want to be proactive in correcting my toes alignment and start foot stretches. I plan to wear toe separators as much as possible and buy footwear with an appropriately wide toe box- wide width shoes are NOT the same thing as a shoe with a wide enough toe box. Discuss this with a good podiatrist and get medical advice appropriate for your unique situation. Ok so now to get to it. I heard a lot of reviews that these Yoga Toes are uncomfortable, hurt at first, or stretch too wide. In my case, simply not so. They were so quick and easy to just put on right out of the box, and I feel such RELIEF to have my toes stretched apart! I find this immediately comfortable. Because it’s new, I’m going to slowly work up to wearing them for the sake of my feet not being used to the positioning, but as far as comfort goes I could already wear these all day while sitting. Why sitting? Well, these are thick including from top to bottom, so I don’t think these are meant to be walked in. I could, I just don’t think they are made to use that way. You’d want to walk in ones that are much thinner and flatter even though the spacing apart feels good to me. For that reason I’m going to look for a different brand to walk in that I can wear inside shoes or socks. I’d want the spacing to be as comfortable as these because it feels so good. And these seem durable for daily use while watching tv or night while sleeping, I’ll wear these anytime I’m not wearing shoes walking around a lot. If I do want to get up and walk to the bathroom or something, these are very quick and easy to slip on and off (for ME- people’s feet are different and I do see people say these are painfully wide for them, so it depends on your foot. Apparently my foot can take quite the stretch! And it feels so good) In summary, I’m sorry I hesitated and wish I had found these earlier. I think they feel so good and I don’t know that they will correct “appearance” much but I am VERY sure the stretch is going to resolve a lot of my issues with alignment and help me be able to freely move my toes and wiggle them with no device, and help some of the toe to ankle to knee discomfort. I will buy a thinner pair to wear inside shoes, and I believe if my doctor agrees it’s appropriate for me, I want to wear toe separators as much as possible and for longterm- of course, I will talk to my doctor, always talk to your doctor about your situation because everybody is different. But YES, so comfortable, I felt immediate relief and no discomfort, glad I bought these! Hope I can find just as durable and good quality of a thinner pair to wear with socks and shoes (and find a good pair of shoes with a wide toe box sized correctly for my foot) because these won’t help you if you still cram your feet into shoes that caused the problems in the first place.

Quite painful but SO WORTH IT.
I love my yoga toes! I've been using them for a few years now and believe that my feet are WAY better off for having done so. I am on my feet all night at work and was getting to the point where I had to wrap them in ace bandages just to get through the night. My feet are wide so I had developed bunionettes on the outside of both of my feet which were unsightly and painful. The yoga toes were painful to use at first and I could only wear them for a few minutes at a time but as I worked up to it and my toes started straightening out, the relief was amazing! Once I got to the 20-30 minute mark I could start to feel the nerves all through my legs and right behind my knees relaxing in a way I had never felt before. This still happens when I wear them and it really feels so great. I got to the point where I could sleep with them and while it really made my foot bones sore at first (taking the them off was really painful initially!) I likened the effects of being able to wear them overnight to how it feels to have braces or a retainer. Eventually the bones move enough so you get used to it and it is no longer uncomfortable or painful. Nowadays I don't wear them daily anymore as I've essentially achieved the foot straightening and pain relief I was looking for but I do sleep with them about once a week as a maintenance thing or after a particularly rough shift. Highly recommended, especially if you are in it for the long haul. My bunionettes are still there but vastly improved as my pinky toes have now straightened out. My big toes are now dead nuts straight. My mom was the one who initially mentioned these to me and she has achieved the same effect as I have - and her toes were way more crooked! I'd say it took about a year of diligent daily use and a lot of soreness when wearing the toes but a lot of relief afterwards to achieve my results. Oh and a year of sucking up how nerdy it is to slip yoga toes on right before going to bed with your partner. But the results were worth it! *2020 UPDATE* I am still using this same pair of yoga toes to provide periodic relief for my tired feet when I sleep. BEST PURCHASE EVER. My toes are STILL straight and I HIGHLY recommend these for anyone with crooked, painful toes and feet.

Helps my Bunion!
YogaToes have improved the overall feel of my toes after using them for a little over a month now. I have a small bunion starting to form on my right foot from previous shoes I used to wear. The bunion is still there, but I feel like these have stretched my toes enough to make my foot more comfortable when I have to wear closed toe shoes, and my toes are straighter. It didn't take long for me to go from just a few minute a day to an hour or more per day. I usually put them on without water which is a little bit of a challenge but not too bad. I also feel like they have improved the health of the big toe joint. It used to crack and pop a lot when I would manually stretch it. Now it barely makes a sound so that means it's being stretched out enough and not tightening up. I recommend YogaToes to anyone! It's not a miracle, but I think it's helped my feet feel better overall. In the picture, the leftmost picture is my foot when I first got YogaToes, on the right picture, this is as of today. My big toe is straighter and my bunion appears lessened! (April 6th to May 21st)

YogaToes - Toe Stretcher - a relaxing stretch after a busy day
If you’re looking for a simple way to give your feet a little extra care, these YogaToes toe stretchers are definitely worth considering. Made from soft, flexible gel, they gently separate and stretch your toes, helping your feet feel more relaxed after a long day. I found them easy to put on, and although they feel a little unusual at first, they become comfortable after a few minutes. They’re great to wear while relaxing at home, reading, or watching TV. The stretch feels gentle yet effective, especially if you’ve been wearing narrow shoes or standing for long periods.
