Tastes just like the medium and mild versions with a little more kick. It's a big bottle, which stores just don't seem to carry anymore. Have ordered a few and had no issues with packaging.

So when we DoorDash our del taco my husband always puts hot sauce on the order and for some reason they never give it to us. So, I started buying this hot sauce as a backup. I would say it’s comparable to DelScorcho not Inferno. I wish there was a hotter one but this is a great alternative. My husband is more of a mild guy but this isn’t to bad for even him. It’s a great value for the price and I love that it comes in a glass bottle and not plastic like other taco sauces.

Great taco sauce. Would be five stars but it's not hot. I knew that going in, I just love the taste. Will buy over and over again.

I don't know what's happened over the last ten years but "Hot" taco sauce or taco sauce as a product has become very scarce. I can remember good 'ol Ortega since I was a kid in the late 80's and 90's. It still hits just the same and the hot is excellent. It's not as hot as what competitors like Old Elpaso used to put out, but those competitors don't make hot taco sauce anymore making this probably one of the best now.
