LVB 2-Tier Storage Bench with Padded Cushion, Entryway Bench with 2 Drawers

The directions were clear. 20 steps are described in pictures and words. Each piece of hardware is in it's own plastic compartment. Everything was labelled clearly. It took time for me to put it together, I did it by myself. It seems sturdy and holds what I wanted to store in it. The drawers have an interior measurement of approx. 10.75" x 11.25" and the shelf is 12" x 24". The color and appearance are accurate to the photos in the description. I like the styling with the rounded top and the curved places for opening and closing instead of knobs or pulls. I like it.

aesthetically, it's really nice looking, very pleasing to the eye, it not as easy to put together, but the instructions are clear, time consuming. As for space and storage capacity, that's extremely disappointing. I have an 11&1/2 shoe size and it has trouble fitting just four shoes. The drawers are nice looking. Overall, I would definitely recommend it as it looks really nice in your entryway but again space is very limited but construction is solid.

We love this beautiful addition to our home - we get compliments about it with every visiting guest. We chose a color that is similar to the bookshelf that it would be next to in our entryway. Functional - We find it so convenient to sit on the bench and put on/take off shoes (it is quite sturdy as well - my roommate/boyfriend is 190 lb), store/tuck away shoes in the storage, and keep ‘outing’ things like sunglasses in the drawers. The assembly instruction was impressive and easy to follow - with labeled parts! It’s a successful purchase for us and we highly recommend this furniture piece.

The bench arrived early and my husband and I had it together in a couple of hours. Very clear instructions and the bench is sturdy. Once we got out together we were not able to get the opening on the door lined up evenly. They are off just a few centimeters. E reached out to customer service for advice and they offered to replace the bench. That seemed excessive (plus e didn’t want to build another one) and we decided against a replacement. They then offered us $50.00 to make up for the issue which we accepted and received right away. Very responsive and concerned about the customer experience.

Very sturdy, easy to put together. Like all flat pack furniture we used glue on top of the screws/dowels to make it stronger. It is very very sturdy and solid. Few things. The dowels supplied were to small for the holes drilled for it. We ended up packing the holes a bit with paper and glue. Also, use your own screwdrivers or drill. The screwdrivers it came with were weirdly shaped and hard to use.

Easy but tedious to assemble. Drink calming tea and not coffee beforehand. All parts fit well. Looks and works great! Great value!

This storage bench is comparable to most IKEA furniture - composite wood layered with wood grain veneer, but LVB beats them in pricing. It's minimalist design is what I was looking for without having to pay double for something similar at IKEA. The wood grain surface is a nice touch along with the cushion. It's sturdy, I weigh around 220lb and didn't have any problems sitting on it. My only issue is that there is no fence for the cushion. There's molding between my floor and wall so every time some one sat in it, the cushion would shift to the back leaving 2" of uncovered surface at the front. If you don't have OCD like I do, then this shouldn't be a deal breaker. Customer service is very responsive and courteous, would definitely buy from LVB in the future.

Absolute top quality product. Incredibly solid for a flat pack piece of furniture. The instructions were easy to follow, and I took my time to make sure I screwed everything together right. Really solid bit of kit very happy with it indeed and it looks fantastic.
