I have only read 30 pages till jow and skim through index and it feels like this is best book I got for fitness in years. I am glad that i got this book and suggest anyone for it. It van be informative for beginners but most useful for those who are working out for sometime now without much of in-depth knowledge about muscles and its recruitment. Questo libro (STA Workout 2) descrive con dettaglio gli allenamenti di BB che si possono eseguire in palestra. Il testo STA Workout 1 è invece dedicato a chi si allena a casa. Molto belli i disegni, lespiegazioni degli esercizi e possibili routine di allenamento a fine testo. Consigliatissimo.

I was a competitive athlete for most of my youth but have never had any one-on-one coaching or training as far as the gym. This book gives thorough, detailed explanations along with anatomy descriptions and little tidbits about anatomical differences that may impact certain exercises, or results. I've learned a LOT from it and have definitely taken my workouts up a notch (...or two!). Absolutely recommend.

Highly recomend for anyone with a moderate knowledge of the principles of exercise, recovery and muscle growth. Great information and anatomically correct diagrams to assist in understanding. Having seen a copy in the university library I think there is no bigger recommendation than this
