Had 5 years of mildew, mold & rust on lanai umbrella and sprayed this on and within seconds, stains vanished. Had to scrub a bit for rust, but they all came out. Great product. Review: This stuff works so well - This is a killer product. I mean you spray it on and it has an intensely strong smell so ventilate the area you are going to use it on and all you need to do is walk away for few minutes and the job is done except you need to rinse and rinse some more until all of the product is gone with whatever nasty stuff you were trying to get rid of, because it's going to be gone too. I don't think there's anything this stuff won't get rid of and it's an amazing product. It actually got stuff off that I thought couldn't come off but did! The only downside and it's not much of one is the strong smell of it. You definitely want to open a window or turn on the fan in your bathroom when using it. I wouldn't leave it sitting too long either because you don't need to and if you are sensitive to chemical smells which aren't really good for anyone, then wear a mask while cleaning. I don't even know that I had to leave it on the 5 minutes I did. I literally sprayed it on the walls and around the tile and parts of the bathtub that have really become a hot mess because of a problem leak situation that no one can fix. I really needed something that would work and this was it. It's like you spray it and everything you want gone is gone and then just wash the area you used it on, get the product off and you're good to go. I have bought a million cleaners trying to deal with this problem bathroom, this and one other product were the only ones that worked. I almost don't want to complain about the smell being so strong because it works so well and as soon as you rinse it off the smell is long gone. The important part is keeping the room you're using it and ventilated and if you are sensitive or have asthma or bronchitis you need to wear a mask or not use this honestly. I give it five stars any day of the week. The stuff works soooo well. ## Features - FAST-ACTING FORMULA - Quickly removes tough mildew stains from various surfaces, making it a go-to solution for instant cleaning results - VERSATILE SURFACE COMPATIBILITY - Ideal for stain removal on vinyl, canvas, plastic, rubber, and more, perfect for boats, RVs, and home applications - GEL SPRAY TECHNOLOGY - Innovative gel adheres to vertical surfaces, allowing prolonged contact for deeper cleaning without drips or mess - EASY TO USE - Simply spray on, let it work for a few minutes, and rinse off, requiring no hard scrubbing or additional tools ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B076QDQBVT | | Best Sellers Rank | #67,846 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #890 in All-Purpose Household Cleaners | | Brand | STAR BRITE | | Brand Name | STAR BRITE | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 896 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00071247986167 | | Included Components | 1 bottle | | Item Form | Spray | | Item Type Name | Stain Removers | | Item Volume | 16 fluid ounces | | Item Weight | 1.3 pounds | | Manufacturer | Star brite | | Material Feature | Gentle | | Material Features | Gentle | | Model Number | 098616 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 098616 | | Product Benefits | Powerful stain removal for multiple surfaces | | Scent | Unscented | | Size | 1 Count (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | Mildew and Stain Remover | | Specific Uses For Product | Upholstry, Vinyl, Siding, Awning, Gutters | | Surface Recommendation | Multi-surface | | UPC | 071247986167 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Manufacturer | ## Product Details - **Brand:** STAR BRITE - **Item Form:** Spray - **Material Feature:** Gentle - **Scent:** Unscented - **Specific Uses For Product:** Upholstry, Vinyl, Siding, Awning, Gutters ## Images ![STAR BRITE Ultimate Mildew Stain Remover - Fast Acting Gel Spray Formula Stays On Stains Longer To Reduce Scrubbing 16 OZ (098616) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71qdK6+Y1zL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the difference between this product and star brite's older mildew remover with the yellow label? do they have the exact same formulas?** A: This product featured a lightly gelled formula for improved encapsulation of stains and longer dwell time on vertical surfaces. **Q: Can I use this on the mildew on the rubber on my clothes washing machine?** A: I would think so, I've used it on all my boat seats and it's not done any damage to the seats or the thread. **Q: Is this product good to use?** A: Yes, this product is good to use per the directions on the label.
