This item is very good value for a burr grinder, as it doesn’t cost much more than some blade grinders. There is no comparison between a blade grinder which basically hacks the beans to pieces, as opposed to a burr grinder which grinds the coffee beans nicely. This unit runs fairly quietly, has a wide range of grind settings and an accurate digital timer to allow you to grind a precise quantity of coffee. The nearest thing to a quibble, is the fact that sometimes some ground coffee clings to the lid and can make a bit of a mess, if you don’t take care when removing the lid. You soon get used to it and learn to be more careful, after wiping up spilled coffee a few times.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the SHARDOR Burr Coffee Grinder. After looking through quite a few reviews praising its grind uniformity and consistency, I decided to take the plunge—and it absolutely lives up to the hype. It delivers a perfectly even, consistent grind that has genuinely elevated my morning coffee, whether I'm setting it fine for espresso or coarser for a French press. It’s intuitive to use, relatively quiet compared to older models I’ve owned, and has a sleek look that doesn't hog all the space on the kitchen counter. However, what really sets this apart is the amazing customer service. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, one of the components had been damaged during transit. I contacted the seller immediately, expecting a long, drawn-out return process. Instead, they responded right away and—without any hassle or hesitation—dispatched a brand-new product to me immediately. It is incredibly rare to find a company that stands by its products and looks after its customers with this level of efficiency and care. Wow what a excellent machine. No mess and very easy to use . Different levels to grind consistentency . The best it switches off after a certain time so the bottom coffee cup doesn't over fill . No over heating. 10/10

Excellent grinder for drip, French Press and pour over, haven't tried expresso as it ain't my thing. Very quiet, sturdy and catch pot a decent size. Easy to use and clean Would definitely recommend for the price.

Seems pretty good to me, but this is the first coffee grinder I have bought and used, so cannot compare it to anything else... This is a smart looking, compact unit, easy to set up and use and pretty easy to clean. I experimanted with a few setting to get the perfect level of grind for my gauze filter machine, and settled upon level 8 out of the 25 available. This gives a grind very close to the standard bag coffee you get in supermarkets. What I like most is that I can grind enough to fill a 500ml sealed tupperware container in around 3 minutes with 3 x 40 second grinds and approx 2 full loads in the hopper. I am very happy with tis and hope it gives many years of good service.

Far exceeded my expectations, it’s a great little machine, I bought beans in error so decided to buy a grinder as it’ll come in handy for spices too. Used 3 times and it produces a lovely fine consistent powder.

My first coffee grinder and it is mainly a positive experience. Although I think I will be buying an alternative product now I know I will be using it more often. Two main reasons are the amount of mess and the lack of being able to properly grind a single dose. It’s messy because the container isnt designed very well to decant the ground coffee so it usually ends up all over the place even if you’re as careful as I am, plus it generates considerable static so the grounds fly everywhere when charged. Second reason is it doesnt grind a full dose as the last amount of beans will jump out of the burrs. I would say it is a good grinder if you just intend to fill the hopper with beans and leave it full, not great if you want to grind a single dose.

This is exactly what I wanted. Very compact but all the features you need. The settings or so easy to use. Set the type if grinds you want on one dial. Set the timer on another dial. One press and it switches off when it's done. Very quiet too.

Not happy at all. This coffee grinder overheats very quickly making grinding a week worth of coffee a two hour task.

This does a great job and has some features that are novel (at least compared to my last coffee grinder): 1. The entire assembly can be taken apart and pieces cleaned. 2. The top of the bean hopper has a flexible rubber gasket that you can hit to pump air through the grinder. This is very helpful because it lets you clear out any old grounds before each use, and lets you clear out new grounds after each grind so you waste a bit less coffee. 3. The grind time can be defined in 0.1s increments, so you can grind exactly how much coffee you intend for each cup. I've use this for about a month and so far so good.

Best coffee grinder I have purchased. The coffee tastes so much better than coffee from the smaller grinder I had. There is a real difference.
