Crunchy and low cal
These are my favorite wasa crackers. They are crunchy and satisfy my afteroon craving for something crunchy. They are low calorie but high fiber and make a nutrious snack. They are low calorie but high fiber and make a nutrious snack. They don't have a lot of flavor, so work well with any spread. I usually spread goat cheese or peanut butter on them and drizzle with a tiny bit of honey but they are also good spread with hummas, guacamole, or black bean dip.

Great low-calorie alternative to bread
I really like these. They’ve replaced sliced bread for me, much lower in calories and less processed. Great texture and a good source of fiber.

I Love You Wasa
Wasa crackers inspire me to write a poem, but I'll spare you today. Most of the top reviews already covered the good important points about nutrition and this being low-carb with some fiber, etc. etc. Honestly, these are phenomenal. I never appreciated how much so until I started doing keto and cut out all the usually high carb suspects, namely anything made from grain -except this. I eat one of these wasa crackers every day and it's the only grain food I'm eating. One takes up 25% of my entire day's worth of carbs but is worth it. You can put unlimited delicious things on it... make a small turkey sandwich or just schmeer it with jam, cheese, or peanut butter. For all you non-keto folks... eat these with abandon... you could eat 3-4 a day and still be doing better than eating 2 slices of most breads. Eat this, it is nutritious and crispy/crunchy... make a perfect stackable platform and it's strong! When you aren't looking, it might do a few push ups and planks. One tip, if you need to spread something thin on it, use the underside that is more of a smooth surface.

Great for savory dips
It’s a sourdough bread cracker that’s great for savory spreads like guacamole, chili, curry, etc.

Possibly the healthiest cracker around, but has no taste.
As a diabetic, i.e. insulin resistant, as a majority of Americans are I’m always looking for Grain products that are low in carbs. The first three ingredients listed are whole-grain, rye flour, rye sourdough, oat flakes; Has 3 grams fiber, And only eight net carb grams perWasa crisp. I give this product 4 stars Because of the healthy aspect although, it has almost no flavor and has the texture of baked tree bark. They are good with soups and stews if you want something crunchy that’s also healthy. They’re also good with any kind of cheese, peanut butter, cream, cheese, or host of other things.
