Beef liver is amazing. Utterly amazing. I used to pop a lot of capsules daily but the recommended dosage works. I have energy all day. My recovery time is great and I’m approaching my mid 30’s. I still feel young. Use in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle and diet, you’ll see the difference. Skin glows, hair grows, energy levels are up. I don’t usually do reviews but I’m fed up with companies that don’t do what they advertise, anyways They seem to work OK, but I do know for sure they are not pure liver capsules. I busted open a capsule and they were not pure liver like the other companies I’ve tried. Ancestral supplements and Antler farms are the purest I’ve tried. I’ve been taking liver for over a year and decided to try this company bc of the price but malord i learned a lesson lol, I most prob will not be buying these again bc it’s not pure liver as advertised. Trust me and do your body a favor and try antler farms or Ancestral, You’ll see what I mean.
