My son likes them. He says they are much more comfortable the trunks with the netting type mesh liners. Too soon to tell how the quality will hold up with frequent use, i'll have to come back with an update. They were priced fined. They could use more styles in the size of 18-20 but we found one that works. The fit is also good.

My 11 year old son is at an awkward size right now. He’s pretty tall and has big thighs and butt (he’s a catcher). So the youth sizes weren’t working. I found these and bought the extra small. They are a little big-but fit great. They fit him in all the areas!
