Here is the truth......I use at least of these tablets every single night. If my legs are really giving me a fit with those oh so irritating crawling, tingling, jerky movements I take three more. They don’t taste bad and they dissolve almost instantly. I have been a customer for at least 14 years and they have never failed to calm my legs down. I c9nsider them a God send. **Q: How long does it work** A: It really depends on how bad the restlessness is. I have it pretty bad but it seems to work through the night...6-8 hours. The only time that it doesn't work that long is if I need to use it during the day and then it may only last 2-3 hours. I have found during the day if I get up and move around after I have taken it - it seems to work better. I hope this helps. **Q: The box I bought has no expiration date on it. What gives?** A: There is no date on these.
