great size...
i love the Higher nature brand because they are always good quality. These capsules are great because they are very small and so very easy to swallow. I was informed by my Doctor that i needed to take Vitamin D and so i am taking these. They are perfect, and now my vit d level is back to normal. Great product and reasonable pricing too.

Easy to swallow but can be hard to separate
These small, soft capsules are easy to swallow and come at a good price usually. One small watch-out: the capsules stick together in the jar rather easily, so it can be a bit fiddly extracting just the number you need, but nothing too difficult.

Great product from Higher Nature
As with all Higher Natures products these have done the job nicely. Was feeling a little depressed over the winter and had my vitamin D levels checked and found I was deficient. Started taking these and found a difference almost straight away. If you think your low on Vitamin D then just take it.
