Flint 3 is as advertised, a very tasteful customization of openwrt. - Good wifi strength - Good security configuration options - Easy to setup out-of-box - Comes with adguard home, a lot of integrations for dns level adblocking - WAN-to-LAN and LAN-to-WAN Throughput is very good - WiFi performance (mobile ~400Mbps dl/ul; notebook ~1Gbps dl / ~700Mbps/ul), I would say this is limited by your gear, not the Flint 3. VPN includes openvpn and wireguard Cloud service includes GoodCloud and AstroWarp integrated applications include Dynamic DNS, Adguard home, Tailscale, ZeroTier, Tor and more (via their plug-ins list) Overall, very impressed with the Flint 3, the performance is close to what you would expect from an enterprise AP and a SOHO router combined. And with this price, it is only slightly higher than an enterprise AP, while having significantly more functions.

2025年のブラックフライデーセールで安くなっていたので購入。製品選定の基準は、Wi-Fi 7 と 2.5 GbE 対応であることで、現時点(2026年6月)まで特にトラブルなく使用できている。追加ソフトウェアで、AdGuard Home を導入すれば DNS ベースの広告ブロック可能で、banIP を導入すれば カントリーコード や AS 番号ベースのブロッキングとかできて機能的には非常に満足している。 ところが今朝、本体を触ってみたらすごく熱くなっていて、慌てて温度情報を採取するソフトウェアを入れて LuCI の画面で見ると 70℃ を超えていた。6月でこれだと、この夏を乗り切れるか不安を感じる。なので、★は 4 とした。

別の無線LANを中継するのに使用しています。 速度もまあまあ出ています。 初心者には向かないかもしれません。 SSHで接続でき、設定ファイルを一括編集できるのが良かったです。

After 3 firmware updates and numerous resets, this router still is buggy and basically worthless in any room besides the room where it sits. I’d wait until GL-iNet fixes this and get a different router until then.

広告ブロック機能である AdGuard Homeが非常に優秀だったのでメインのルーターとして設置しました。 UIも標準で日本語化されており、インターネットへの接やWi-Fiの設定程度であれば非常に簡単に設定できました。 私はVPNなどの機能は使用する予定はないため、宝の持ち腐れかもしれませんがOpenWrtベースであるためこだわりたい方には非常に面白いルーターだと思います。 本体サイズもコンパクトでコストパフォーマンスの高いルーターだと思いますが、当方の設置環境では他社製のルーターと比べて5G帯の電波が若干飛びにくいようですが、無駄な広告がブロックされるため非常に快適です。

アクセスポイントとして使っていますが、Wi-Fi速くなりました。 問題になっているWi-Fiルータのサポート期間もGL.iNetのサポートページ(GL.iNet Firmware Versionで検索)を見れば、 EOLになった機種はきちんと書いてあって助かります。

10Gなプロバイダ契約に伴い、PPPoEが使えなくなる！と思って買い替えです。 元々OpenWRTをMiniPCで運用していた時期もあったので、不安なく買えました。 Wifi6が出て以降はOpenWRT対応なモデルが他ではなかったので、値段的には少し張るな？と感じましたが、この性能であれば仕方がないかとあまり悩まずぽちっとしました。
