I’ve been using the Qettle water filter for 3 years and I’m really impressed with the product. The customer service is excellent, giving it a 5-star rating. I had a problem with the tap due to forgetting the annual maintenance (my fault), but they still honored the warranty and sent me a new tap. The filter is simple to replace and works well. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Great replacement. It's a good idea to have it automatically delivered every 6 months. It saves you having to remember to order one when it's due to be changed.

superb value boiling water /filter water tap
This was use to replace another much more expensive tap which had proved to be a disaster (from pure H2O) there had been multiple problems and very expensive service agreement all this tap need is a new filter every 6 months costing £25 The fitting instuctions were very straight forward and i managed the installation in about 1 hour . So far it is superb the safety feature of a button to stop hot water initially stuck down but if it is pressed in gently it works fine . There is a Franke 4 in 1 tap which looks identical other than a range of tap finishes and it is 3 times the price. Would definately buy again
