## Description

The MU-1121 Series tactical fixed blade neck knife from Master USA has a 6.75-inch overall length, features a cord-wrapped handle for an excellent grip, and includes a hard nylon fiber sheath. The black 440 stainless steel blade is half-serrated for added cutting power. The end of this full tang blade has a lanyard hole.

Review: Good bang for the buck here - I bought this as an inexpensive knife to keep in the glovebox, or to take to events and not worry if it gets stolen by security goons. The string around the handle has not lasted well, but who cares. Will probably put some paracord on there myself. Have been pressed into action to use it a few times, and it has done what asked. Think it needs better sharpening. For a cheapo knife, this delivers. Oh, and the sheath is pretty decent as well.
Review: Master USA MU-1119UC neck knife camo, WELL worth it grab one ! - i bought the Master USA MU-1119UC urban camo blade neck knife. mainly because i like a coated blade to keep the rust away a little better especially if you are going to use this as a true neck knife. The knife is very sharp out of the box and will easily cut paper. the edge could be cleaned up a little bit and be shaving sharp with a little work. overall the entire body of the knife is well made with no sharp edges on the handle area. this model does not come with paracord wrapped on the handle, so i did it myself to get a little more grip and control . the finger grooves are well placed for a small to large hand. if your hand is bigger than a large glove, i would probably steer away from this one. the blade has a unique shape and long tanto tip. my opinion is, this is not an everyday utility knife. this one serves one purpose. the coating on the base of the knife is well done. the black camo pain is okay, but through use i believe it will rub off eventually. the sheath is made from i believe to be some sort of plastic. it is thin and seems to be durable enough. the belt clip is made from spring steel. its not a very good design and i wouldnt trust it to keep it secure on your belt. i would either replace it with a better design or remove it. but seeing this is designed as a neck knife i dont think it should have a clip at all. there is a rivet type nut installed near the top of the blade spine that is designed to retain the knife in the sheath. it fits tight and give an audible click when seated, its not going anywhere when its fully clicked in there. keeping in mind the price of this knife you are getting way more than you pay for. its a very nice knife that is purpose built. i am very pleased with it.

**Q: Will this kill a polar bear?**
A: As you may or may not know, a Polar Bear can swim up to six miles per hour. This compared to Michael Phelps maxed clock speed of 3.92 miles a hour, creates a strong comparison and paints a picture of the thickness of a polar bears muscles. Seeing that this blade is just over 3 inches long, the task of killing a polar bear becomes a challenge. I am not saying that this is an impossible task, however an attack would need to come with precision and accuracy. If the attack is conducted and think blubber and muscles are avoided, I recon this knife could take down a polar bear. Hope this helps!

**Q: How long is that blade?  As an EDC, my state only allows 3".**
A: It is exactly 2" 13/16  6" 13/16 over all.  1" at the widest part of the blade I currently carry it as an edc and use it heavily at work and I'd buy a replacement if this one ever failed or was lost

**Q: Why did the hole in this knife change to a small hole you can't even get your finger tip in? It used to be much bigger. Master ruined the knife.**
A: Cuz the blade was week and would snap the blade right off causing a laseration to the wrist or hand

**Q: Can you add it to a backpack strap**
A: It would take some modifications. The scabbard has a spring clip best suited for a boot.

i bought the Master USA MU-1119UC urban camo blade neck knife. mainly because i like a coated blade to keep the rust away a little better especially if you are going to use this as a true neck knife. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My EDC

i have an extensive collection ranging from very expensive kabar to this little thing. For the price it's unbeatable. It's sharp enough. If you are buying a knife to cut something constantly buy a box cutter. If you don't want to carry your 11 inch kabar tanto that's strapped to your leg, then this is it. I carry this as my EDC and a back up when I have my kabar. Let's be honest, if you are using it to save your neck, you are not gonna ninja slash someone, that little sharp point is what does the trick. Mine is sharp enough to cut my paracord, pointy enough to impale a ham, and easy enough to deploy one handed. I conceal it on my belt in the pit of my back. So for all the knife nuts, it's a cheap blade to use and if you lose it for any reason you won't cry over a 150$ knife. That's the pros. Let's get to the con's. No hilt, means when you stab that ham and hit the bone, your hand is gonna slip and get sliced open on the blade, still better then sleeping 6ft under the ground. That twine they wrapped around the handle, I took that off and gave it to the cat, useless. I dislike neck knives so it's either on my redwings, or belt. I wrapped paracord around the handle, classed up the Kydex sheath, and put a lanyard on it so if it comes to a ground fight, which all fights do, my arms and hands bashing into the pavement have a less tendency to lose the knife. Let's be honest here you buy this for one purpose, to be able to breathe a few more years. I am going to include a photo of my upgrade, and my kabar so you get the idea why it's a great knife for its intended purpose. If you want to chop wood, be a weekend warrior go over to Ontario knife, or kabar. Want to protect yourself for EDC this is a stable bet for under 10$. Some people had issues with the Kydex I don't. Lose 1 star for the cheesy string
