Poor quality blade angle
Not worth the risk purchasing a rs. 2000 safety razor. Most important aspect, blade angle after screwing in the handle is not equal on both sides. One side is less pressed and not held together properly. Which causes the blade to bounce a bit. Causing cuts.Would be better if Parker had spent more time to make that accurate than the aesthetic design. Also, no return policy doesn't help knowing that Parker razors can have poor quality build in blade angle due to which it won't holds fast.

Duplicate product!
It's a duplicate product. Blade quality is so cheap that it will hurt your face for long time after shaving. I made a mistake and could not return it. But please dont waste money.

Close and smooth
I’m fairly new to wet shaving. The first razor I bought was very mild and was recommended for beginners. I began to suspect I wanted something more aggressive and with an open comb so I got the 24C. My internet research indicated this razor was on the milder side for an open comb. To say that I am impressed would be a gross understatement. I’ve been shaving for 40 years and my first shave today was closer than anything I’ve ever had including the five bladed expensive ones. I was very careful, used an Dorco blade and had no trouble or irritation. Highly recommend this razor.

Perfect.
Traditional, single blade razor. Works well.

Which is good. Handle grip is crazy - it feels even ...
My go-to razor. Size and weight is almost exact as my Futur. Which is good. Handle grip is crazy - it feels even harsh when it's dry and is very grippy when my fingers are wet and soapy, pole is a good length for my hand - always in full control. Three piece design is my favorite, blade alignment always dead-on with every blades I've tried. Chrome finish not as perfect as on my EJ89 but no issues here either. I believe material is brass. How it shaves - it is very efficient and very comfortable but this is where YMMV. All depends on skin and hair type, blade and your technique. I have very sensitive neck area plus very hard hair and had a hard time to figure out what combo to use and how. I've tried all major blade brands and it'll sound odd but my favorite blade with this razor is Feather. And 24c needs your travel angle to be readjusted a bit 'cause head design gets you flatter blade bent and it takes somewhat steeper razor angle to avoid "scraping" and irritation. WTG+XTG1+XTG2= BBS.

A real close shaver
I had been reading about open-comb razors, but I wasn't sure I was up for one with my skills. It's actually not that hard. My first shave was super smooth with a Personna blade. No blood. Just go real light. The blade does all the work. Once I get a few more shaves down I will try this with a Feather blade but I really can't say it needs it because my first shave was practically perfect.Shaving with a DE razor is dependent on what you do. If you can do a closed comb, an open comb won't bite you.The quality of this razor is very good. It is hefty. I think I would have liked a fatter handle but that is just me because my other two razors are a bit more plump handled.I would buy this again. It's very reasonably priced. You don't have to spend more to get a close shave. Just exercise some diligence in using it. DE razors rock and this one is excellent.
