This flapper was exactly what I needed to fix my constantly running toilet. Installation took just a few minutes, and the fit was perfect without any adjustments. We have had trouble locating replacement flappers in local stores. This one fits and works well. Only installed for a week so can’t speak to long time durability but sure seems to be of good quality Delivery was fast. Easy to install Appreciate the good service

I ordered this because my new Aquasource toilet started running after only six months. The flapper was easy to install but it did not stop the running because upon further inspection I found a rubber band that had gotten stuck on to the valve seal (left in tank by installer)and that is why water kept leaking out. After cleaning the partially dissolved and sticky rubber band off of the flapper seal, it worked great! I am still glad I got the new flapper because the one that came with this toilet was a hard plastic material and would not stay open to flush the toilet unless I held down the handle the entire time. Very happy with the toilet now!

Got these replacement flappers for all 3x toilets in my house. Typically they last 2-3 years before wearing out, so they aren’t the most durable, long lasting flappers. These are always easy to install. The flappers are made oft a rubber material that flexes nicely and seals the water in the tank. The price is great for these short term flappers. The chain is adjustable to fit tightly to the arm.

Well made and works as expected

I would give zero if I could. This is a terrible replacement for the OEM. We ended up with a $700 water bill due to this not seating properly. It was used in a guest bathroom and over the course of a month leaked continuously raking up our water consumption. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I saw some reviews that said it works in a Kohler tank and the wait time was substantially shorter..... but, not in mine.....leaks around and in the back/rear of the plunger and won't fill nor fit tight...bought it because of the reviews but it takes the more expensive and longer wait, proprietary Kohler flapper, unfortunately

This 3 inch flapper is of good quality, fits perfectly and is priced fairly.
