This is another toy that I bought for my son to play with in the bathtub, he was so excited to see this basking shark when I opened the box. He has a fascination with them right now and for this one to be made with the mouth open in the gills open as well, is a really nice touch. Inside the mouth where the gills are is also rigid like the gills so that is another nice attention to detail that was paid to this one

All of these Safari Ltd shark toys are awesome! We bought a couple from a local aquarium for our shark fanatic 3 year old. They have a durable coat of paint, anatomically accurate, and extant durable. I hadn't tried it, but I'm sure you run over one of these with your mini van and it would hold its shape. Currently, they're being used as dive retrieval toys at the pool. Definitely worth the buy.

Much smaller than it looked or said..just like the others from this brand..other brands at same price range are double the size

I put this toy in the "Sea Animal" bin and did not tell them there was a new sea creature. When they noticed, the daycare kids fought over this toy and i wish i had bought 2! They both identified it as a Basking Shark, so good job! (Sometimes we wonder what kind of shark is this?) They loved how they could put things in it's mouth and kept asking for marbles, drum sticks, anything they thought they could fit in it's mouth! Which of course turned into a teachable moment about what Basking Sharks eat! Thank you! I love it!

Bought this for my 3 year old son for Xmas can't wait to see his eyes light up when he opens this gift. He's fasnatied with sharks. We love to watch shark week together :) I personally love the realistic of this shark. It'll fit perfectly with his collection.

Sehr schönes Modell (besser als die normale SAFARI-Qualität, d.h. diesmal durchaus mit Schleich vergleichbar) mit sehr detaillierter Ausarbeitung. Vor allem de Blick ins weit geöffnete Maul und die ausgestellten Kiemen machen dies Modell faszinierend und zeigen genau das Besondere an diesem Hai.

Leí los comentarios y parecía que aunque gustaba lo encontraban demasiado pequeño. Aun así lo pedí y sé que a mi nieto le va a encantar en cuanto lo vea. El tiene varios de Collecta y Schleich , el tamaño varía mucho de unos tiburones a otros, este mide 15,5 cm de largo. Está en la media y en cuanto a calidad es tan aceptable como todos los demás que tiene.
