It's been a month and so far have used the Welcare Treadmill almost every day and faced no issue. It is a great feeling to walk in the comfort of home, is of perfect size and very sturdy too. It can be folded when not in use and is easy to open and close. Has all the exercise functions of calorie count, kms ran, time and speed. One drawback is that there is no Pause button in it to continue after a small break. Customer care too has been good and responsive and installation guy was also cooperative.

I am using this product more than two months. Is an ideal model for a home user. Strong build quality and user friendly options even for a common man. The delivery and installation direct from company and they gave clear instruction for the use and maintenance clearly. And some telephonic feed back checking after a few days since the installation.
