Will this work for a VW car fob?

I purchased this product in 2019.   The metal piece for both pouches are no longer functioning. Who do I contact?

I don't know but will tell you this....you can still use the pouch for protection if you cut some aluminum foil and laminate it to keep it from bending and being destroyed.  Cut a long strip so it can bend and form a protective bottom inside the pouch.  Make sure it's long enough for the ends to meet at the fold-over flap.  How long was the warranty?  So far you've gotten three years of service.

My question should have been-what is the Signal blocking radius? If you park directly below your apartment unit, (apx 35”) will this help?

Of course it will, it doesn't matter where your vehicle is, the purpose of this pack is to block radio signals the fob is sending out. If I like your vehicle and had the device to steal the fob signals, I would follow you to work or the mall to steal the signal then go get my new vehicle.
