Theh said it must be a defect and offered me either a 50% refund or replacement. I chose the replacement since we have the plates and cups and so not have that issue on any others. Review: Love it for many reason - This is a great product. As trying to limit plastic use in my household, the use of bamboo makes me so much happier. It is sturdy and durable product. My son has been using it since he was 3. It is easy to clean. We eat a lot of fruit, so it gets stained with the time- easy fix - I clean it with Mr. Clean Magic Eraser- and it looks brand new. As I mentioned - my son uses, as well my friends smaller kids, when come to visit. I love the choice of colors.

Best plastic alternative out there! These bowls have lasted two years so far, since then, we've had another kid, so we just bought another set. They're colorful, easy to clean, the perfect size for small hands, and you don't have to worry about nasty chemicals leeching into your kiddos' food. Buy them. Just don't put them in the microwave.
