This may have actually saved my life. I've done research on Dendrobium beforehand and was surprised at what the benefits were. Coming from a background where I lose alot of water and possibly dehydrate when not getting enough, this product I already feel the difference. I feel I retain water better, very energetic, and feel an overall better hydration all over my body. This is now mandatory in my daily smoothie

Idid not notably notice anything from this product, energy-wise, or otherwise. I felt a little bit disappointed, however, I would say that my life energy in general has been at a bit of a dip, and although I am usually fairly cognizant and perceiving changes, I have (perhaps) not been as perceptive lately, as I am getting older, and have added 40 pounds to my profile over the last year (hint, it was not muscle weight), however that said, I did not notice, within 1 purchase a change in my hydration, digestive process, nor energy. I like the company as far as their selection, their spirals (well done YouTube presentations and their essential consistency of (so said) 20:1 ratio in strength. I have bought many of their products, and will probably continue to, on the 2 oz. Sizes, experimentally, and optimistically, but I have yet to buy a herb from them that I thought to be especially noteworthy, unless it was perhaps Rahman is (I believe I have bought that from 2 different companies though, and do not readily remember all details). I will build a database and start "tracking" better. I know which herbs I am more trusting of, but not always which companies, but that said, Vita Jing "seems" to have a solid foundation, vision, marketing likability, consistency, and relatively good standards (provided that their heavy metal content, is favorably low). I still believe in them, for the most part, and their 2oz. sizes, (until I find choices that are more noteworthy, wherein I would buy more 'of same'). and competitive pricing. In general, "personally", in the loose ad-hoc scheme of things, I feel that I am more satisfied from 'Jing herbs products than from 'Vita Jing', but I have not been empirical enough to stand on that, across the board, and I will say that it seems I get more qty. For the $ from 'Vita Jing', than from Jing, the latter of which seems more genuine, and noteworthy is also more expensive. Balance the equation as you will. Also, I have only had about 4 or so herbs from "Jing", in all fairness, but generally, except for cost, I don't remember ever being too disappointed, but for convenience, good availability, selection, and (welcome Youtube propaganda/information (half kidding) ;-) Vita Jing is professional, and well priced, and I look forward to trying others of their herbs, not just for myself, but for the profit and healthy benefits of others, also. If you are working out, don't halt. If you are growing in nutritional knowledge and personal experience and benefits, don't stop. We are all subject to trends, but may we somewhat continue "that which works", and does so with the best simplicity available.

Well, I have been using this product for the past month and the jury is still out on dendrobium powder extract. In my case, I have been adding it to my pre-workout and haven't noticed much uptick in my focus and energy. Then again, I am already using a the stellar pre-working (Pre JYM, which is the best in the Industry, by far) so perhaps giving dendrobium to a raging bull still yields...well, a raging bull. Moreover, I am extremely fit and healthy so I haven't derived any other health benefits from dendrobium...and I certainly libido issues. Still, I do feel that some may benefit from dendrobium more than I.

I use several VitaJing herbs products all of which are great! This is a great tonic for those who feel drained from overwork or stress. It is not stimulent at all but just seemed to replenish spent energy. It also seems to keep the skin moisturized from the inside. This will be a regular product for me now.

I like this product very much due to it can help one's body to be hydrated optimally. All the organs should be hydrated properly to perform well when energy are generated！
