This pillow is amazing. One side is cool and the other regular. It also has helped me sleep so much better as I have terrible neck and back pain. It is fluffy and you can make it more or less. Great support for my neck.

Pillow is great but don't pay extra for the pillow case. It is not the same shape as the pillow and it doesn't stay on.

What you should know, is that I am so excited for this pillow, that I have only used it successfully for a nap, and I just gotta write a review already. I ought to sleep a full night on it first. But after just a short nap, after first putting all the stuffing in, and thinking oh god no. And then removing enough to fill the box it came in, and then having a nap. I was like. Oh. My. Effing. God. And I am dramatic and hypo manic. But if I werent, I would be saying the same thing. It is so good . I’ve never had a fancy pillow before. We get the ones from Costco usually in Canada, but they stopped selling those ones. So now we get the roots home ones from Costco, and those are big pancakes, am I right? I spent money buying those rotten Costco pillows, hated them, and got this. And im happy with it. Smells like it will give you cancer, but only for about five minutes. Then clean bamboo cotton feel and neutral smell. So good. And that is just the nap remember. I still have the full nights sleep. Do you want to talk about this pillow even more? Just some gossip? Sure ok. Well. I have it with me on the couch too. It’s heavier than normal pillow. But not super heavy. It is so bouncy. And so adjustable. It is what you want. The ratings on this are far best. Edit - ive slept on it now . A few observations, ; if you adjust the amount of stuffing, just one or two handfuls too much or too little will make it not right, you need to get the exact amount for you. And probably as the pillow arrives is about the level ive found right. And as for the cooling. My entire body is drenched in sweat when I wake up . So im not sure if I have body sickness problems or if some people just sweat when they sleep. So even my hair is wet in the morning, and so I don’t know how well the cooling works, but certainly it is voodoo magic feeling to the touch when you feel how cold it is. And you know the stuffing is all the same. So it is the material on surface that absorbs more heat like metal is cold to the touch even though room temp , and the heat dissipates in to the other places in the pillow? I might not be the best judge on that because a lot of us who are prisoners of war, as you know we’ve been invaded, and once we are placed on fhe Harry Truman tsdb, many people say we’re being constantly hit with dews from space. Which causes the Frey effect and Havana syndrome. That is hypothetical to me. But certainly being a prisoner of war is easier with this new pillow. It makes the nightmares turn into nice dreams instead. It’s probably good for women since it’s mostly them on the tsdb. And maybe im nuts, theres a guy named flesh simulator on YouTube who had someone he doesn’t know email him a pic of his front door. Hes on the tsdb too, and he shows how to make fray effect devices that are brief cased size. Lots of people say the popping in the ears is being microwaved by neighbours not space . And anywhere you go in the world, take your pillow. Because Truman show is worldwide now.

After 3 night of using this pillow I LOVE it. It's super comfortable and great for side sleeping. I was questioning if it would fit/look good with pillow cases and it does just fine. My neck pain isn't getting worse and my arms haven't fallen asleep but I'm excited to see if the pain starts to go away between these pillows and a new mattress. Highly recommend!
