Which shower arm best fits for this product?

Any shower arm with standrad dia will fit. I have used Jaquar shower arm.

What kind of material used in the shower head? like Brass, Stainlesssteel.

Stainless steel. Chrome plated I guess!

I have no problems buying the extended rod but it should be a Kohler original - can the seller provide details for the same !

IMHO removal / replacement of the pipe inside tiles may result in breakage & require tiles to be replaced. We have designer tiles which is not available in ones & two.
