I've been using these for a few months now and they work very well. My fiance doesn't notice any sounds when I'm sleeping with them. Comfort - they are pretty comfortable. When I take them off, they can hurt. Durability - these are very durable. I personally bend them to curve a bit to get them to hold and that works perfectly for me. Value for money - these are great value for money. What they do - they stick on my nose bridge and gently pull my nose open to take in more air. I feel an immediate difference. **Important to note - if I sleep in makeup on a rare occasion, the strips will not stick.

These things are great, but I find they stick too much to the bridge of my nose, so my little trick is to take the first half of the backing and tear off a small portion and put that right in the middle. That way when I take it off in the morning it comes off much more easily and seems nicer on the top of the bridge of my nose. But this is a great product, way better than using medicines or whatever.

These work very well, absolutely help you breathe and sleep better, so much less cumbersome that C-Pap type machines and the like. The only drawback is the glue type residue left on your nose, I expected some residue but can be hard to get off.

Please save my life when I am congested! They work very well! There is not an unpleasant odor! Peels off pretty well, but holds tight!

Won’t bore you w/lengthy post. I use a sleep apnea machine when at home and use the Breathe Right strips when out of town. These are life savers for me. My wife bought a generic brands expecting to save $$, and she did, but the strips sticking power was poor. Threw them away and back to BR. That mistake won’t happen again

I have used these Breathe Right nasal strips multiple times, and overall they work very well for improving airflow at night. Once applied, they noticeably open the nasal passages and make breathing easier, which helped reduce congestion and made sleeping more comfortable. The strips stay in place throughout the night and are easy to apply. In terms of performance, they do exactly what they are intended to do. The main drawback I’ve experienced is the adhesive. In the morning, after removing the strip, there is often glue residue left on my nose. At times, it can be difficult to fully remove—even after washing with soap—so it may require extra cleaning. Aside from that issue, the product is effective and reliable for nighttime breathing support. If you are looking for a drug-free solution for congestion or snoring, this is a solid option, just be aware of the adhesive residue after removal

Lately, I have been struggling with nasal congestion and mucus resulting in loud snoring and sleepless nights for my spouse. I am so happy to report that the first night I used these strips they completely prevented snoring. The strips are sturdy, comfortable, and the adhesive is strong enough to stay in place all night but doesn’t leave behind a residue when removed.

This nose strip works really well, the adhesive doesn’t irritate my skin. It sticks well throughout the night, and it really opens up my nasal passage— I never knew I could breathe so much through my nose. The only two issues I have with this product is that moisture collects under it overnight, even though im not sweating, so I end up with some moisture marks because it’s not breathable for the skin underneath, but that marking does disappear throughout the day when my skin is exposed to air. Second thing is that because the firmness of the thin plastic is meant to expand the skin on the sides of the nose, I end up with slight bruising on the center of my nose bridge every time I use these strips. This is because the nose bridge is used as an anchor to support the two sides being lifted. My nose isn’t even that big, so that’s a huge concern for me.

Can give you a quick relief for your nose airways if one is blocked, I think this is gonna be perfect in gym or while sleeping, to help depend more on nose breathing rather than mouth when exercising.
